Every student who graduate in college will have a On the Job Training in order for us to experience a job training so that when we have a job or work someday we will know already the things that we learned in the On the Job Training.
I’m one of the student of Filamer Christian College who taken up Computer Science here in Roxas. Our teacher told us that before we graduate we will experience the On the Job Training (OJT) together with our group members in our thesis. The On the Job Training was started after the second seminar ended and it was the month of April and it was summer then. Me and my two members Camelee and Dina experienced the On the Job Training in Department Interior and Local Government (DILG) at City Hall.
My experienced in DILG was unforgettable, memorable and enjoyable because like the ordinary citizen and worker I act like one of the employee there. I met many people there and having conversation with them. Ma’am Bing who is the secretary of Sir Joey in DILG is the one who give us a duty. She is the one who giving us a work. Most of the work that we did in our On the Job Training was in coding but most of the time carmelee is the one who encode it. Dina and I was the one who received the files and having conversation with the people who went in DILG. The other experience that I experienced in DILG when they decided having a Seminar, actually every year they having a Seminar in all barangays because it is fun,we met some of the Barangay Captain there and having a conversation with them. They will share to us the experience of them being a Barangay Captain. And every afternoon of our work we having a breakk where mommy jenna (our code name for her) who happen the secretary of Dumolog who always in DILG and did her work there who always teat us in our “PAMAHAW”. She will give us the money and we are the one who bought it.
In my experienced there is unforgettable for me because I learned a lot there who will help in my work someday. It is sad for me because based in my evaluation form I get the low grade in the in terms of time because I always late thats why if I have gibing a chance to work someday I will go to my work on time.
